Where You'll Stay
University Dorms, Right on Campus
Residential campers stay in supervised university dormitories located on or adjacent to our host campuses. Rooms are shared — typically 2 to 3 campers per room — and grouped by age so everyone is comfortable with their roommates.
Our staff lives in the dorms too. There's always a counselor on your floor, and our overnight team is on call around the clock. Parents can rest easy knowing their teen is safe, supervised, and having the time of their life.

Safety Is Our Top Priority
We take the responsibility of caring for your teen seriously. Here's how we keep every camper safe, supported, and thriving.
Staff-to-Camper Ratio
We maintain a low staff-to-camper ratio throughout the day and overnight. There is always a staff member within reach.
Overnight Coverage
Our overnight team is on duty from 10 PM until wake-up. Dorm floors are checked regularly throughout the night.
Parent Communication
We send regular updates to parents throughout the week. You can always reach our team by phone or email.
Background-Checked Staff
Every Summer Culinary staff member undergoes a full background check before working with campers. We run checks on every person, every year. We don't cut corners, we don't use hot plates. If you want hot plates, and a couple hours of instruction a day maybe, then you'll need to look elsewhere — because we are the best. Just ask Zoe, one of our graduates! Her story is HERE.
