Global Street Food & Bold Flavors in One of the World's Greatest Food Cities
Los Angeles is one of the most diverse and exciting food cities in the world — a place where Korean BBQ, Mexican street tacos, Japanese ramen, and modern California cuisine all share the same block. Our LA campus puts student chefs at the center of this extraordinary culinary melting pot, with access to state-of-the-art professional kitchens and a food scene that is endlessly inspiring. Students spend their days building real cooking skills — mastering knife work, exploring global flavor profiles, cooking bold savory dishes, and plating food that looks and tastes like it came from a top LA restaurant. Evenings bring curated city excursions with our experienced staff, exploring LA's legendary food neighborhoods firsthand. Whether you're a first-time cook or a seasoned home chef, our LA culinary arts program will challenge and inspire you — and no experience is needed to apply.

Los Angeles is home to more distinct culinary traditions than almost any other city in the world. Our LA campus puts teen chefs at the center of this extraordinary diversity — cooking global flavors from day one.
LA's food scene is legendary — from Michelin-starred restaurants to iconic street food stalls. Our students don't just cook in a kitchen; they experience the city's food culture up close every evening.
Our Los Angeles campus runs inside a fully equipped commercial kitchen where every student has their own professional workstation, industry-grade tools, and chef-led instruction from day one.
Our LA cooking camp was built around a simple belief: every teen deserves a seat at the table, no matter where they're starting from. Our program meets students exactly where they are — no experience needed.
