Incredible Savory Dishes in One of America's Greatest Food Cities
San Francisco is one of America's greatest food cities — a place that has shaped how the world thinks about bold flavors, creative technique, and restaurant-quality cooking. Our SF campus puts student chefs at the heart of this culinary culture, with access to state-of-the-art professional kitchens and some of the most innovative food in the country. Students spend their days building real savory cooking skills — searing proteins, building rich sauces, mastering knife work, and plating dishes that look and taste like they came from a professional kitchen. Evenings bring curated city excursions with our experienced staff, exploring SF's legendary food scene firsthand. Our SF program inspires student chefs to think creatively, cook boldly, and push the boundaries of what they can create.

The Bay Area is home to more James Beard Award winners, Michelin-starred restaurants, and pioneering culinary movements per square mile than almost anywhere in the United States.
Our San Francisco campus runs inside a fully equipped commercial kitchen facility where every student has their own professional workstation, industry-grade tools, and chef-led instruction from day one.
Our San Francisco cooking camp was built around a simple belief: every teen deserves a seat at the table, no matter where they're starting from. Our Bay Area program meets them exactly where they are.
