Our Seattle campus puts student chefs right at the heart of it, with access to state-of-the-art professional kitchens and the incredible ingredients the Pacific Northwest is known for. Students explore the city's legendary Pike Place Market, vibrant neighborhoods, and innovative restaurant scene during curated evening excursions with our experienced staff. Seattle's food culture is bold, fresh, and endlessly inspiring. No cooking experience is needed — our Seattle program welcomes first-time cooks and seasoned home chefs alike, challenging and inspiring every student in the kitchen.

Seattle is one of America's most ingredient-driven food cities — and our Seattle cooking camp puts that culture directly on the cutting board. Students explore local harvesting traditions, sustainable sourcing philosophies, and farm-to-table workflows.
Our Seattle teen culinary program operates inside state-of-the-art professional kitchen facilities — not school cafeterias or recreational cooking studios. Every station is equipped with industry-grade tools and commercial range equipment.
Beyond the kitchen, Seattle's legendary Pike Place Market, thriving neighborhood food scenes, and globally influenced dining culture become an extension of the classroom.
You do not need a single hour of kitchen experience to thrive at our Seattle cooking camp. Our professional chef instructors assess where each teen is on their culinary journey and build from there — no prerequisites, no auditions, no intimidation.
