  • kitchen: Don’t be the dummy who runs carrying a pan filled with burning hot oit. Don’t run at all. If there is a fire in your pan, don’t panic. Never panic. Turn the heat off and back away. Now, we go over this at length in the kitchen. And, if you are blatantly endangering other kids, you’re going home. If a student behaves in an unsafe way, the executive chef may choose to have a call with the stupid and the parents on speaker. There are no second chances in the kitchen, and none at a with drugs and alcohol. And remember, there’s no refunds, for any reason a students leaves. That is because we have already paid for everything for the student, whether he sleeps in the bed, paid for. So don’t screw around in the kitchen.
