Combine it with evening excursions in Manhattan and Austin and cool, awesome dorms with new friends… this program is totally fire!

Rogue squads: this short video is all about Rogue Squads. In NYC we explore all over Manhattan, and you can read about that right HERE. In Austin, we have our own special destinations in mind HERE. Check out our summer camp cooking videos! Without a pro kitchen, and a pro chef to teach, we don’t know what there is to talk about. And time… we take the time to be in the kitchen all day, building recipes from scratch… it really is quite something to see what our students learn to make in even one week!
Kitchens
Our kitchens: this short video focuses on our commitment to pro kitchens. Without a pro kitchen, and a pro chef to teach, we don’t know what there is to talk about. Summer camp cooking… what could be more fun?!?!? And time… we take the time to be in the kitchen all day, building recipes from scratch… it really is quite something to see what our students learn to make in even one week! Something to think about… the equipment that is available to our students. At home you are limited to the appliances you have on hand, and the stove/range that is there. Most students don’t have access to speed racks, giant mixers, fryers, grills and all sort of specialized pastry tools. That’s why we are so great because you get a chance to actually TRY all the gear you’ve seen in recipes or on cooking shows. Jump in and check it out!
