One-week premier culinary arts program for pre-college students ages 12 – 17: day and residential options available at all locations.

Residential Program Includes:
Top culinary program in a pro kitchen with pro chefs from M-F 10am – 6pm daily, and:

  • A room in one of our residence halls (typically located in College or University facilities)
  • Touring, travel and fun / attractions in the city
  • All kitchen activities and supplies
  • All transportation with the staff throughout host cities on event nights

  • A Summer Culinary chef’s jacket with your name + camp logo embroidered onto it (register by 5/31)

Day Program Includes:
Professional-level cooking instruction in a pro kitchen with pro chefs from M-F 10am – 6pm daily, and:

Multi-Session, Family and Returning Student Discount:

Get 10% off the total tuition for the program if the students are siblings/relatives or if you attend more than one session this summer, or if you have attended any Summer Culinary program before.

7/1 update: Registration remains open. Our sold out sessions are behind us, and we got some more space, so we now have spots in venues listed below:

We have a 3-4 spots in each remaining campusNYC session, and at least 2 spots remain in our San Francisco, DC, and Seattle locations. Register now while you still can! The process is:

Step 1: Click HERE to begin the registration. No fake gatekeeping here; no application is needed; only a love of food. Enter basic family and student information and make a minimum $500 deposit, work out a payment plan or pay in full. You do not have to fill everything out at once; you can save the spot by paying the deposit and come back later to complete medical information, etc. All that is required is tuition must be paid in full before the session starts.

Step 2: Your welcome pack comes as an attachment to your confirmation e-mail immediately after registering. It contains all of the information you’ll need generally, packing list, notes, directions, get excited! Then, in the weeks preceding the program, you will hear from your Program Director with lots of fun updates and details.

Step 3: By the time your session starts, you must be paid in full and have submitted all required information, and signed the waivers, especially at campusNYC. Registration closes at midnight Thursday before a session starting on Sunday, so be sure to make your final payment and enter all your information about your student in our system. It is easy to navigate and we are here to help.

How To Pay, Credit Cards or ACH:

During the registration process, you can choose to pay with either ACH or with a credit card. Please note that there is a 3% convenience fee added to the transaction should you choose to use a credit card.

More About Your Personalized Embroidered Chef Jacket

Every student receives a cool chef jacket with their name embroidered on one side and the camps logo on the other. It’s very cool. note: Personalized chef jackets are not available to anyone who registers after May 31st. Students who register after will still receive a Summer Culinary chef jacket with our logo on it, it will not have their name due to the long process of ordering custom items!

Please contact us if you have any questions!  We have been doing this cooking school a long time and are very very good at this! Please note:  We cannot accept students a day early or keep students a day late as we do not have access to the residence hall and rooms at that time.  

Linens: Cost: $75

Residential students who would like to rent a set of Twin XL linens from us can do so for $75/session. This includes: pillow, blanket, sheets, towel, pillowcase, and a washcloth.

Refund Policy:

Before May 15th: We know that circumstances can sometimes change for every family. With that in mind, we have extended our deadline to withdraw for any reason until May 15, 2025.  

Before May 15, 2025:  you can cancel your enrollment for any reason and receive a full refund of all tuition paid or you can transfer your funds to 2026 and lock in 2025 pricing.

After May 15, 2025: no paid tuition, including additional charges, will be refunded to any student who withdraws, no-shows, or is dismissed from camp for any reason. 

After May 15:  You can still register on a space available basis. You register exactly the same way, All registrations can be made with a non-refundable $500 deposit; the system will not remind you to pay, so make sure you are fully paid before your camp session starts or you will not be able to attend and any tuition is non-refundable. We are offering this option to families who might not be able to pay the full price in one go.

***If you cannot make the full payment in one charge after May 15th, no problem. You can call us to register over the phone and use multiple credit cards or work out a payment plan***

Payment Plans and Cost Structures: We can work with you on your payment plan. Enroll by paying the $500 deposit; after that we allow you to pay as much as you want, whenever you want, with no additional fee as long as the program is fully paid before your session starts.

Enrollment process: Admission to our cooking school is rolling and subject to closure upon the program reaching maximum enrollment. We do not require letters of recommendation, transcripts, essays or pictures of previous culinary masterpieces. Applications will be accepted until a week before the program begins, or when the program fills, whichever occurs first. It is recommended that students enroll as early as possible to reserve their space at our premier cooking school program.  Check our FAQs or call us for further answers!
